Claiming
In order to start the process we require an intial fee to allow us to request all the paperwork from the various parties to assess your claim. However, in exceptional circumstances we can waive this fee so please fill out the form to the right of this page and we will give you a call back straight away!
Following receipt of your paperwork and fees (if applicable) your claim will begin with us requesting files from all parties involved in your transaction(s). The process will usually take upto 12 monthsand possibly longer to complete.
